kayak land training (meaning we do running and stuff like that, not paddle on the ground) was cool tdy
i ran one freaking superduper big circle from school to the park and idk to where but i know that i ran for a very long distance + some circuits(is this how it is spell?) exercises
well, managable, goood
BUT
the worse, no, the WORST thing is,
I GOT 4 BLISTERS AFTER THAT!
2 LEFT 2 RIGHT, JUST NICE
2 BURST, 2 BUBBLE
COOL OR WHAT!
and it's freaking big and freaking painful
it's on my big toes! so now i can't walk with ease and it hurts somehow somewhat
